Warranty Policy

1.1 Warranty Period

All Sveaverken DairyMind products (including but not limited to Moocollars and related accessories) are covered by a standard warranty period of two (2) years, starting from the date of delivery. If you require an extended warranty period, please contact us for available options.

1.2 Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Sveaverken will provide repair or replacement services free of charge for products that fail due to manufacturing defects or material issues under normal use.The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures occurring under normal operating conditions

1.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper use, misuse, or abuse
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
  • Accidental damage, including drops or impact
  • Damage caused by improper storage or transportation after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • Force majeure events (such as natural disasters)

1.4 Warranty Service Process

To request warranty service, customers should:

  1. Contact Sveaverken DairyMind or the authorized distributor
  2. Provide proof of purchase and product serial number
  3. Describe the issue and, if requested, provide photos or videos for diagnosis

After confirmation, Sveaverken DairyMind will advise the appropriate repair or replacement solution.

1.5 Transportation & Service Costs

  • If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Sveaverken DairyMind will cover the repair costs.
  • Transportation or logistics costs may vary depending on the region and service arrangement and will be communicated in advance.

1.6 Extended Warranty

Extended warranty services are available upon request.

After-Sales Service Policy

1. Basic Terms

1.1 Proof of Purchase

Please keep your e-commerce order record, invoice, or receipt as proof for after-sales service and warranty claims.

1.2 Scope of Application

This policy applies only to products purchased via Sveaverken-authorized online sales channels (official online store or authorized stores). For products bought from unauthorized third-party channels, Sveaverken reserves the right to refuse warranty service. Please contact the original seller for after-sales support.

1.3 How to Request Service

  • Submit a request through the e-commerce after-sales portal, customer service system, or the Sveaverken official website.
  • To accelerate diagnosis, provide an unboxing/fault demonstration video and a clear photo of the product serial number.
  • After review, our support team will offer remote troubleshooting/repair advice or guide the next steps.
  • If remote resolution is not possible, we will arrange a mail-in repair or authorized service-center repair.

1.4 Parts Replacement & Depot Repair

  • When parts are replaced or the unit is sent back for repair, the removed original parts become Sveaverken property for quality tracing.
  • The repaired/replaced part or unit continues with the remaining original warranty (no extension).

1.5 Non-Official / Non-Authorized Products

For products not sold through authorized channels (including grey-market/non-official versions), Sveaverken authorized centers may refuse free warranty service. 2. Warranty

2.1 Start of Warranty

The warranty period shall commence on the earlier of the date 24 months after the order date.

2.3 Exclusions / Limitations

2.3.1 Beyond the Warranty Period: The product or component involved in the claim has exceeded its applicable warranty period.

2.3.2 Normal Wear and Tear and Cosmetic Changes: This includes reasonable wear, fading, scratches, stains or slight deformation of collar straps, fasteners, cable jackets, labels, housings, etc., caused by long-term wearing, friction, dirt, sunlight, temperature and humidity, and cleaning. Such conditions are normal signs of use and are not covered by the free warranty.

2.3.3 Damage and Loss Caused by Animal Behavior or External Force: This includes animal biting damage, pulling, trampling, collision, squeezing against each other, the collar being caught on fences, feeding facilities or other objects, and losses caused by the product falling off, being lost or being moved by a third party.

2.3.4 Improper Installation, Wearing, Use or Maintenance, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete activation, binding, assembly, wearing, disassembly, storage or cleaning in accordance with the product manual or written instructions;
  • Incorrect collar orientation, tightness, component sequence or fastening method, or use of mismatched collar straps, buckles, counterweights and other components;
  • The installation location, antenna orientation, installation height, waterproofing, lightning protection, ventilation, power supply, grounding or wiring of the LoRa Gateway fails to meet requirements;
  • Directly rinsing electronic components with a high-pressure water gun, soaking components that are not permitted to be soaked, or using corrosive cleaners, sharp tools or improper methods to clean the product;
  • Failure to inspect tightness, fasteners, cables, antennas, power supply and Gateway online status as required, resulting in aggravation of damage.

2.3.5 Power Supply, Network and Coverage Environment: Offline status, delay, missing data or inability to provide remote support caused by power outages, abnormal voltage or frequency, lightning strikes, router or switch failures, firewall restrictions, insufficient bandwidth, cellular or internet operator interruptions, insufficient Gateway layout, obstruction by obstacles, or cattle exceeding the effective coverage range are not covered by the free warranty.

2.3.6 Data, Algorithm Results and Business Decisions. Information such as activity, rumination, estrus and health provided by the cattle collar system is auxiliary management information and does not completely replace veterinary diagnosis or manual observation. Losses caused by individual animal differences, baseline data errors, improper wearing, data synchronization delays, third-party system integration, or business, breeding or treatment decisions made by users based on system information are not covered by the free warranty.

2.3.7 Unauthorized Disassembly, Repair, Modification or Third-Party Accessories: Failures caused by the product being opened, dismantled, repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel, damage to the seal or protective structure, or the use of unapproved antennas, power supplies, cables, fasteners, software and interfaces are not covered by the free warranty.

2.3.8 Force Majeure and Environments Beyond Design Conditions. This includes fire, flood, lightning strike, earthquake, typhoon, extreme temperatures, highly corrosive environments, abnormal chemical exposure, insect damage, malicious damage and other external factors beyond reasonable control.

2.3.9 Product Identity or Evidence Cannot Be Verified: If the product serial number, device ID, label or tamper-evident mark is removed, damaged or altered, the product does not match purchase or outbound records, or the claimant refuses to provide reasonable diagnostic materials, making it impossible to confirm the product identity, the facts of the fault or the warranty status.

2.3.10 Returned Items Not Meeting Requirements. If items are returned without Sveaverken's authorization, or the returned items are incomplete, cannot be tested, have not been cleaned and disinfected, retain manure or other organic matter, are improperly packaged or labeled causing secondary damage, or are not sent within the specified time and by the designated method, Sveaverken has the right to refuse acceptance or return them.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.1 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.2 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1.3 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

1.4 European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.5 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, or other unforeseen circumstances. 1.2 Shipping confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.Tracking information usually becomes active within 48 hours after shipment. Updates may be delayed depending on the carrier’s system and local logistics operations.

1.3 Delivery timeMost orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after shipment.Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, remote delivery locations, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1.4 Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sveaverken.com within 7 business days of delivery and provide your order number, photos of the outer packaging and product condition, the shipping label, and an unboxing video if available.

If your package is suspected to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly and provide your order number, tracking information, and any other relevant supporting information. Once the loss is confirmed, Sveaverken will take responsibility and provide an appropriate solution.

1.5 Claim review

All claims are subject to review and verification by the relevant carrier, warehouse operator, or insurance provider, where applicable.We reserve the right to reject claims that are submitted late, lack sufficient supporting evidence, or do not meet the requirements of this Shipping Policy.

1.6 International shipping

We currently do not ship to Latin American countries.If you are unable to place an order in your region, please contact us at support@sveaverken.com for further assistance.We may expand shipping availability in the future. Customers may subscribe to our website with a valid email address to receive updates.We reserve the right to change available shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.

1.7 Shipping restrictions

Shipping availability may vary by country, region, local regulations, carrier limitations, or product type.We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel shipments to any destination where fulfillment is not feasible, lawful, or commercially reasonable.

1.8 Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Repair Service

1.1 Submit Request

Submit via the e-commerce after-sales system or Sveaverken official website, including fault description, photos/videos, and proof of purchase.

1.2 Remote Diagnosis

Support performs a preliminary assessment and provides guidance (video/voice/remote tools, firmware/settings advice).

1.3 Repair / Replacement

  • If unresolved remotely, after confirmation, send the product to an Sveaverken authorized repair center/service point.
  • If no local service point is available, use mail-in service (customer covers round-trip shipping).
  • If the defect is confirmed and within warranty, Sveaverken covers relevant diagnostics, repair, parts, and one-way freight back to you.
  • For human-caused/out-of-warranty cases, the customer bears diagnostics, repair, parts, and shipping costs.

1.4 Inspection / Determination

The repair center inspects the product to determine if it meets free-warranty conditions. If not, you may choose paid repair or return.

1.5 Pricing & Fees

Labor

Labor fees are determined by service category, task complexity, required skill level, working hours, and travel time. A quote will be provided for your approval before any paid work begins.

Transportation

Transportation costs may vary depending on the region and service arrangement and will be communicated in advance.

1.6 Special Notes

  • If no authorized service point is available in your region, Sveaverken supports mail-in repair. The customer bears shipping and customs duties.
  • All replaced defective parts must be returned to Sveaverken for quality tracing and improvement.
  • Sveaverken reserves the right of final interpretation and to update this policy. Updates take effect upon announcement on our official channels.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sveaverken’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable). Sveaverken is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Your statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.
